We work exclusively with small batch hot sauce makers, many of whom are just starting out in the industry! And the Mickler's were no stranger to the game. Making traditions was what this family was all about. Brenda Mickler married Danny Cowgill in 1972 to start their own family traditions. Danny, \\\"Big D\\\", loved to hunt, fish and try new recipes as well. After taking over ownership of the Palm Valley Fish Camp, a historic Palm Valley landmark, Big D created a concoction to enhance the restaurant's cuisine.
